is a SaaS platform that helps specialty clinics and surgery centers simplify their most painful workflows — referrals, scheduling, discharge planning, and case coordination.
We’ve already partnered with leading healthcare systems and specialty practices in orthopedics, GI, geriatrics, and ASCs. Now we’re expanding nationwide and looking for motivated sales reps to join us at the ground floor.
The Opportunity
This is not your typical commission role. HUB Healthcare offers:
30% recurring commission on all sales
Average deal size: $3,000–$10,000/month
Commission in perpetuity (as long as the customer stays, you keep earning)
That means each account generates $1,000–$3,000/month in recurring personal income.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect healthcare practices, clinics and hospitals
Reach decision-makers (Practice Managers, Clinic Directors, Coordinators, Administrators)
Book and run intro calls/demos with support from HUB’s leadership team
Manage leads and pipeline in CRM
Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and strategy
Who You Are
Experienced in healthcare sales (SaaS, medical devices, or consulting background preferred)
Strong communicator who can quickly build trust with busy clinic staff
Self-starter who thrives in commission-based environments
Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Motivated by uncapped earning potential
